4Gs3: Identify right angles, angles greater than and less than a right angle

Types of Lines

• Horizontal: Goes left to right (like the horizon)
• Vertical: Goes up and down
• Parallel: Lines that never meet
• Perpendicular: Lines that meet at right angles

Types of Angles

• Right angle: Exactly 90° (like a corner of a book)
• Acute angle: Less than 90° (smaller than a right angle)
• Obtuse angle: More than 90° (bigger than a right angle)
