🎯 What You'll Learn

You will learn describing words (adjectives) that tell us more about things — their size, speed, colour, and shape.

🌟 Let's Start

Bola sees a big truck and a small car. She sees a fast okada and a slow bicycle. These words — big, small, fast, slow — are describing words. They tell us more about something.

📚 New Concept

Describing words (adjectives):

  • Big — large in size. "The elephant is big."
  • Small — little in size. "The ant is small."
  • Fast — moves quickly. "The car is fast."
  • Slow — moves not quickly. "The tortoise is slow."
  • Hot — very warm. "The sun is hot."
  • Cold — not warm. "The water is cold."
  • Happy — feeling good. "Amina is happy."
