🎯 What You'll Learn
You will learn the English words for the parts of your body, from your head down to your toes.
🌟 Let's Start
Amina is standing in front of the mirror. She points to the top of herself and says "head!" Then she touches her nose and says "nose!" Knowing the names of body parts in English is very useful — at the doctor, at school, and every day. Let us learn them together.
📚 New Concept
Body part words:
- Head — the top part of your body, where your brain is
- Hair — it grows on top of your head
- Eyes — you use them to see
- Ears — you use them to hear
- Nose — you use it to smell
- Mouth — you use it to eat and talk
- Hands — at the end of your arms, you use them to hold things
- Legs — you use them to walk and run
Using body words in sentences:
- "I wash my hands before I eat."
- "Emeka has brown eyes."
- "I use my ears to listen to my teacher."
- "Bola combs her hair every morning."
🎮 Let's Practice

- You use your eyes to see.
- "I kick the ball with my legs (or feet)."
- Your nose is in the middle of your face and you have one nose. Your ears are on the sides of your head and you have two ears. Your nose is for smelling and your ears are for hearing.
💡 Remember
Your body has many parts and each one has a name. Head, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, hands, legs — now you know them all in English!
