Four Types of Sentences
1. Statement (tells something)
"The sun is shining." - ends with a period (.)
2. Question (asks something)
"Is it going to rain?" - ends with a question mark (?)
3. Command (tells someone to do something)
"Close the door." - ends with a period (.)
4. Exclamation (shows strong feeling)
"What a beautiful day!" - ends with an exclamation mark (!)
